Veel meer dan het etiket &#8216;Maatschappelijk Verantwoord Ondernemen&#8217; op het dossier diversiteit te kleven, is het zaak om de business case van diversiteit te maken. Wat kost het ons? Wat brengt het ons op? Vragen die we stelden in het kader van het dossier &#8216;Diversiteit&#8217; dat is verschenen in Peoplesphere 89.<!--more--><\/div>\n<p>In dit dossier gaan we op bezoek bij Thalys International, ING, Premium Sound Solutions, Desso, Aliplast, Coca-Cola en de POD Maatschappelijke Integratie om te kijken hoe zij diversiteit op de agenda zetten, en wat voor hen de return on investment is. Fons Leroy doet ons zijn visie uit de doeken en we vroegen aan academici Joep Hofhuis (Universiteit van Amsterdam) en Patrizia Zanoni (Universiteit Hasselt) om de voor- en nadelen van een divers personeelsbestand op te sommen.
