Bij de werknemers uit de overige ondernemingen ligt dit aandeel hoger, nl. 34,7%. Dit komt omdat werknemers uit micro-ondernemingen aan de slag zijn in minder belastende jobs.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>De risicofactoren voor werkstress zijn onder meer hoge belasting (werkdruk en\/of emotionele belasting), overwerk, frequent bereikbaar buiten de werktijden en lange pendeltijden.<\/p>\n<p>Hoge belasting komt minder voor bij werknemers in micro-ondernemingen. Het aandeel werknemers met hoge werkdruk ligt in micro-ondernemingen lager dan in de overige ondernemingen (29,9% versus 37,8%). Ook het aandeel werknemers dat geconfronteerd wordt met emotioneel belastend werk is lager voor werknemers in micro-ondernemingen (14,8% versus 24%). De lagere emotionele belasting is het gevolg van het relatief klein aandeel onderwijs\/zorgfuncties in micro-ondernemingen.<\/p>\n<p>Het aandeel werknemers dat frequent overwerkt zonder recuperatie ligt lager in de micro-ondernemingen dan in de overige ondernemingen (15,9% versus 24,4%). Daarenboven geven werknemers uit micro-ondernemingen minder vaak aan dat ze frequent bereikbaar zijn buiten de kantooruren (41,5% versus 50,1%).<\/p>\n<p>Werknemers uit micro-ondernemingen werken vaker dicht bij huis, bijna de helft is dagelijks minder dan een half uur onderweg, bij de overige bedrijven is dit maar \u00e9\u00e9n op drie. Omgekeerd ligt het aandeel werknemers met lange pendeltijden (meer dan twee uur per dag) lager in de micro-ondernemingen.
