Een nieuwe award om de KMO\u2019s in de schijnwerpers te zetten.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Innovatie in People Management komt vaak voor in bedrijven die minder bekend zijn bij het grote publiek&#8230; Jongere en kleinere bedrijven dan die op de lijst van de vorige 28 edities van de HRM Night \u00a9 (zie <a href=\"http:\/\/www.hrmnight.be\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">www.hrmnight.be<\/a>) staan.<\/p>\n<p>Ze hebben misschien nog niet de middelen om een volledige HR-strategie te implementeren, het is waar. Ze compenseren echter vaak hun gebrek aan ervaring of middelen door extreme creativiteit bij het organiseren van teams, flexibiliteitsoplossingen en samenwerking tussen werknemers.<\/p>\n<p>Daarom wil Proximus, als major partner van de 29ste HRM Night \u00a9, nu de aandacht vestigen op kleine en middelgrote ondernemingen (50 tot 250 werknemers) die nieuwe modellen voor organisatie en samenwerking hebben ontwikkeld.<br \/>\nDie geven ongetwijfeld een voorproefje van wat de wereld van het werk morgen zal zijn.<\/p>\n<p>De winnaars worden geselecteerd op basis van het dossier dat moet worden ingevuld (te verzenden v\u00f3\u00f3r 5 februari &#8211; structuur beschikbaar op aanvraag &#8211; contact via e-mail: <a href=\"mailto:jpe@peoplesphere.be\">jpe@peoplesphere.be<\/a>).<br \/>\nDe jury beslist op basis van de volgende criteria:<br \/>\n&#8211; het innovatieve karakter van het ingevoerde model;<br \/>\n&#8211; de impact op het welzijn en de levenskwaliteit van werknemers;<br \/>\n&#8211; het optimale gebruik van de technologie\u00ebn die op de markt beschikbaar zijn.<br \/>\n&#8211; economische effici\u00ebntie (optimalisering van de totale loonkosten).<\/p>\n<p>De stemmen van het grote publiek worden online geteld tussen 20 februari en 20 maart, volgens de regels voor het verkiezingsproces van de HRM Night (hier beschikbaar: <a href=\"http:\/\/hrmnight.be\/nl\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">http:\/\/hrmnight.be\/nl\/<\/a>).<br \/>\nDe winnaar van de Proximus People Innovation Award wordt uiteraard bekend gemaakt tijdens de awards ceremonie van de 29e HRM Night\u00a9, op 22 maart op de Autoworld, in aanwezigheid van de volledige HR Community (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.hrmnight.be\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">www.hrmnight.be<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>We kijken er nu naar uit om te delen met zoveel innovatieve projecten die de HR-praktijken in onze bedrijven zullen transformeren!<br \/>\nOndertussen &#8230; bereid uw applicaties voor en succes!<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Contacten :<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\nProximus \u2013 <a href=\"mailto:Anne-Francoise.Streel@proximus.com\">Anne-Francoise.Streel@proximus.com<\/a><br \/>\nHRM Night \u2013 <a href=\"mailto:jpe@peoplesphere.be\">jpe@peoplesphere.be<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>De oproep voor kandidaten wordt gelanceerd voor de Proximus People Innovation Award, die zal worden uitgereikt ter gelegenheid van de 29th HRM Night \u00a9 op 22 maart aanstaande in Brussel!
