HR managers zullen te maken krijgen met een acuut tekort aan professionals met de juiste vaardigheden, waarbij vooral mid-level en senior kandidaten krap in aanbod zullen zijn.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Volgens de jaarlijkse Europese Salary Survey uitgegeven door rekruteringsspecialist Robert Walters, zullen alle sectoren zeer actief zijn in rekrutering vermits bedrijven in Belgi\u00eb worden be\u00efnvloed door het bredere Europese herstel. Antoine Biot (directeur bij Robert Walters Belgi\u00eb) schetst drie rekruteringstrends voor 2018.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Tekort aan kandidaten.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Digitaliseringsprojecten binnen financi\u00eble afdelingen en bedrijfsprocessen hebben geleid tot een toename van de vraag naar digitalisatie-experts. In de loop van 2018 zullen dergelijke specialisten sterk in vraag zijn, aangezien werkgevers volop inzetten op nieuwe ontwikkelingen binnen e-commerce en fintech. De meest gevraagde professionals zijn degenen die strategisch inzicht kunnen bieden. <em>\u201cMid-level en senior kandidaten binnen finance zullen zeer gegeerd zijn voor het invullen van controller en FP&amp;A functies, waarbij het tekort aan vaardigheden bijzonder acuut is. Professionals met kennis van vreemde talen zullen eveneens fel gegeerd zijn, aangezien Belgische bedrijven willen uitbreiden naar internationale markten.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Stijgende vraag naar interim-managers.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In 2017 stonden werkgevers steeds meer open voor het inhuren van interim managers om lacunes in vaardigheden op te vullen en specifieke projecten binnen financi\u00ebn, HR en supply chain te superviseren. <em>\u201cVoor 2018 verwachten we dat de vraag naar interim management specialisten zal blijven toenemen, waarbij de focus zal liggen op interim managers die instaan voor change management projecten en projecten gelinkt aan het optimaliseren van investeringen.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Werknemers zijn selectief.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Het tekort aan talent binnen bepaalde domeinen zorgt ervoor dat werkgevers meer uit de kast moeten halen om toptalent te overtuigen. <em>\u201cWe verwachten hogere salarisgroei dan de inflatie, en werkgevers zullen competitieve offertes moeten aanbieden willen ze top talent aanwerven. 79% van de professionals in onze survey verwacht meer te gaan verdienen in 2018. Maar een competitief salaris alleen is zeker niet afdoende om de beste professionals binnen te halen.
