Dat betekent dus dat 9 op 10 van de werknemers hun verloning onvoldoende begrijpen. Dit kan uiteraard leiden tot frustraties. De werkgever vindt dat de werknemer nooit tevreden is, de werknemer daarentegen begrijpt niet wat de werkgever hem aanbiedt!<!--more--><\/h1>\n<h3>Coverstory<\/h3>\n<p><strong> Mieke Hullebroeck <em>(Stad Gent &#038; OCMW Gent)<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\nWerken bij de overheid is hip. Het duffe imago van de ambtenaar behoort tot het verleden. Dat is meer dan ooit het geval in Gent.
