In het vierde kwartaal groeide de omzet van de bureaus voor Rekrutering, Search &amp; Selectie met maar liefst 19,3 %. Dit meldt Federgon, de federatie van de HR-dienstverleners.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cDe RSS-sector blijft profiteren van de goede conjunctuur en de verhoogde vraag naar medewerkers die het verschil kunnen maken,\u201d<\/em> bevestigt Ann Cattelain, co\u00f6rdinator van de Recruitment, Search &amp; Selectie-sector bij Federgon. <em>\u201cDe oplossingen die aan de klant-ondernemingen worden aangereikt in een steeds krapper wordende arbeidsmarkt betekenen een extra toegevoegde waarde.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Uit een recente enqu\u00eate van Federgon bij haar leden actief in Rekrutering, Search &amp; Selectie (RSS) blijkt trouwens dat de krapte op de arbeidsmarkt ook de RSS-sector voor re\u00eble uitdagingen plaatst. Uit de bevraging blijkt ook dat Selectiekantoren zich steeds meer laten ondersteunen door technologie en digitale tools om de juiste talenten op te sporen. <em>\u201cDe selectiekantoren geven bovendien aan dat bedrijven nog te vaak op zoek zijn naar de witte raaf.
