Dit is een uitholling van het beleid om iedereen langer aan het werk te houden\u201d,<\/em> zegt Kamerlid Jan Spooren.<br \/>\n<em><br \/>\n<strong>Inzetten op outplacement en activering<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cHet is veel beter voor de betrokkenen en voor de\u00a0sociale zekerheid om in het sociaal plan in te zetten op outplacement, activering en begeleiding naar een andere job.
