In de eerste helft van 2018 nam het aantal geplaatste kandidaten toe met 16,75 %. Dit maakte Federgon bekend, de federatie van de HR-dienstverleners, die ook de Recruitment, Search &amp; Selection-sector vertegenwoordigt. Hiermee zet de sector het groeipad dat van start ging eind 2014 stevig verder.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cDe cijfers bevestigen dat bedrijven in tijden van schaarste in toenemende mate een beroep doen op professionele partners om het juiste talent te zoeken, te screenen en te rekruteren\u201d<\/em>, verduidelijkt Ann Cattelain, Co\u00f6rdinator van de sector RSS bij Federgon. De sector profiteert onder meer van een stijgende vraag naar talent bij de bedrijven. Deze vraag is deels conjunctuurgebonden, maar ook demografische ontwikkelingen, lees de vergrijzing, hebben hun invloed via een toenemende vervangingsvraag.<\/p>\n<p>Of de sector deze stevige groei zal kunnen bestendigen?<em> \u201cHet antwoord op deze vraag is niet zo eenvoudig\u201d<\/em>, zegt Paul Verschueren, Directeur Research &amp; Economic Affairs bij Federgon.<em> \u201cOok voor onze bedrijven is de krapte op de arbeidsmarkt een hele uitdaging.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Digitalisering: een opportuniteit of een bedreiging?<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Bovendien zijn ook heel wat RSS-leden op hun hoede voor de digitale uitdagingen die op hen afkomen. Dit blijkt uit een enqu\u00eate die Federgon heeft afgenomen bij haar leden van de sector Recruitment, Search &amp; Selection. De resultaten van de bevraging geven aan hoe de sector de impact van digitalisering op de RSS-activiteit ervaart. <em>\u201cIn de mate dat digitale tools vandaag de effici\u00ebntie en snelheid van procedures ondersteunen zijn zij een gewaardeerd instrument in een performantere dienstverlening en de strijd tegen schaarste\u201d<\/em>, verduidelijkt Paul Verschueren. Hoewel de meerderheid van de RSS-bedrijven ook daadwerkelijk gebruik maakt van deze tools, zijn zij toch op hun hoede voor nieuwe digitale concurrenten in de nabije toekomst. <em>\u201cWat ons betreft is het positief dat onze bedrijven hier alert voor zijn. Zij investeren vandaag om de uitdagingen van morgen het hoofd te kunnen bieden. Ook als Federatie nemen wij initiatieven, bijv.
