In welke mate kunnen bedrijven dan nog een zogenaamd IT-beleid handhaven, waarbij er regels en verboden opgesteld staan omtrent het gebruik van internet op de werkvloer?<!--more--><\/h1>\n<p>De computer en internetverbinding die de werkgever aan zijn werknemer ter beschikking stelt, wordt tijdens de werkuren ook vaak voor andere dan professionele doeleinden aangewend (dit misschien niet altijd enkel tijdens de pauzes), bijvoorbeeld voor het checken van facebook, een paar priv\u00e9mails te versturen enzovoort.<\/p>\n<p>Een vraag die vaak opduikt, is of werkgevers het surfgedrag van de werknemers mogen controleren. De cao uit 2002 laat dit toe, maar enkel binnen bepaalde basisregels. Zo kan de controle enkel dienen om de belangen van de onderneming te beschermen en de intensiteit van de controle moet in verhouding staan tot die belangen. De werknemers moeten op voorhand ingelicht worden over de geplande controle en bij betwistingen moet de arbeidsrechter oordelen.<\/p>\n<p>Heeft het wel nut om de toegang tot het internet of bepaalde websites te blokkeren?
