Een te lage werkdruk blijkt precies hetzelfde negatieve effect te hebben. Te weinig uitdagend werk veroorzaakt verveling en doodt de bevlogenheid.<!--more--><\/h1>\n<p>De problematiek over een te hoge werkdruk is gekend, maar ook werk dat niet uitdagend is en tot verveling leidt, heeft een zeer negatief effect op motivatie, engagement en betrokkenheid.<\/p>\n<p>De diverse oorzaken hiervoor zijn :<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Te weinig werk kan de vraag doen ontstaan of die job dan nog wel zal blijven bestaan. Hoelang duurt het voor iemand erachter komt dat je weinig of niets doet? Werkonzekerheid levert stress op.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Als het werk te makkelijk is, staat je ontwikkeling stil. Dat maakt ongemakkelijk en gaat al gauw frustreren. Zeker als je dan geen ontwikkelingsmogelijkheden meer krijgt of ziet.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Als mensen uitgedaagd worden, gaat de productiviteit de hoogte in.
