Zo moeten sectorale cao\u2019s over vormingsinspanningen vanaf 1 januari 2015 minimaal in het equivalent van \u00e9\u00e9n dag voortgezette beroepsopleiding garanderen, zo melden de specialisten van het Instituut voor Arbeidsrecht aan de KU Leuven.<!--more--><\/h1>\n<p>Het nieuwe <em>KB van 4 september 2014 tot uitvoering van artikel 21 van de wet van 15 mei 2014 houdende uitvoering van het pact voor competitiviteit, werkgelegenheid en relance, BS 7 oktober 2014<\/em> voorziet nu dat werkgevers die behoren tot sectoren die onvoldoende opleidingsinspanningen realiseren een bijkomende opleidingsbijdrage moeten leveren ter financiering van projecten voor bepaalde risicogroepen.
