Samen willen de initiatiefnemers de uitdagingen rond werkmobiliteit en hybride werken in Vlaanderen onder de aandacht brengen en aanpakken.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Het charter werd getekend door 113 organisaties. Heel wat kleine digitale bedrijven ondertekenden het charter, maar evenzeer grote Belgische werkgevers zoals Colruyt, Telenet, BASF en Janssen Pharmaceutica. Ook bij de grote steden is het charter populair. Zo ondertekenen zowel de stadsbesturen van Antwerpen, Gent, Brugge, Leuven als Mechelen het charter. Hier vinden jullie de volledige lijst met 113 organisaties: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.baanbrekendewerkgever.be\/organisaties\">https:\/\/www.baanbrekendewerkgever.be\/organisaties<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Het charter Baanbrekende Werkgever bestaat uit drie pijlers:<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>1. Minder onderweg &#8211;<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0De beste manier om files en alle bijhorende stress en ineffici\u00ebnties te minimaliseren is de verplaatsing vermijden.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>2. Slimmer en groener onderweg &#8211;<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0De Baanbrekende Werkgever stimuleert actief milieuvriendelijke vervoersmodi zoals de (e-)fiets, de step, het openbaar vervoer of een combinatie van deze. Als hij toch voor de wagen kiest, moedigt hij de keuze voor de meest milieuvriendelijke wagens aan: hybride, elektrische en deelwagens.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>3. Mensgericht hybride werken &#8211;<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0De Baanbrekende Werkgever streeft naar een mensgericht beleid.
