Voor ze bij Acerta aan de slag ging, werkte Astrid De Lathauwer onder meer bij Monsanto als HR Representative Eastern Europe, en AT&#038;T, waar ze International HR Director was. In 2000 werd ze Chief Human Resources Officer bij Belgacom.
