Maar wat zijn die \u2018basics\u2019 vandaag de dag? Wat maakt nu eigenlijk de essentie uit van humanresourcesmanagement? Wat zijn de fundamenten? En wat moet er minimaal op die fundamenten gebouwd worden? En wat betekent het dan als we zeggen dat HR de essentie is? Enkele interessante pistes.<!--more--><\/h1>\n<h3>COVERSTORY<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Jeroen Vermeire (IPG Group)<\/strong><br \/>\nJeroen Vermeire vond als student al dat de sociale sector de aansluiting bij een economisch model miste, en dus koos hij resoluut voor een carri\u00e8re in HR. Niet vies van uitdagingen, mikt hij hoger dan het eigen bedrijf, en wil hij de hele sector van de contact centers vooruithelpen.<\/p>\n<h3>GROOT INTERVIEW<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Pieter Timmermans<\/strong><br \/>\nAls lid van de Groep van Tien bepaalt Pieter Timmermans mee de sociaaleconomische spelregels die ook in uw bedrijf gelden.
