Statbel, het Belgische statistiekbureau, publiceert vandaag het aantal vacatures in Belgische bedrijven in het 3e kwartaal 2021. De vacaturegraad – het aantal vacatures ten opzichte van het totale aantal arbeidsplaatsen in de onderneming – stijgt voornamelijk in de sectoren exploitatie van en handel in onroerend goed, informatie- en communicatietechnologie en bouwnijverheid. De vacaturegraad van interimbanen blijft aanzienlijk hoger dan van vaste banen.<\/p>\n

In het derde kwartaal 2021 waren er 196.227 vacatures bij Belgische ondernemingen, tegenover 172.437 in het tweede kwartaal 2021. Dit is een stijging van 13,80%. Dit is het hoogste aantal vacatures sinds het begin van de enqu\u00eate (2012).<\/p>\n

De vacaturegraad – het aantal vacatures ten opzichte van het totale aantal arbeidsplaatsen in de onderneming – is ook gestegen van 4,18% naar 4,74%.<\/p>\n

Het aantal vacatures is gestegen in de 3 gewesten met een stijging van respectievelijk 19.351 vacatures in Vlaanderen, 2.227 in Walloni\u00eb en 2.211 in Brussel ten opzichte van het tweede kwartaal 2021.<\/p>\n

Met 68% van alle vacatures in Belgi\u00eb blijft Vlaanderen het gewest met het hoogste aantal vacatures in het land. Vlaanderen wordt gevolgd door Walloni\u00eb met 20% en Brussel met 12%.<\/p>\n

De vacaturegraad blijft hoger in Vlaanderen (5,43%) dan in Walloni\u00eb (3,75%) en Brussel (3,67%).<\/p>\n

Type ondernemingen en type arbeidsplaatsen<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Er zijn 3,06 keer meer vacatures in grote en middelgrote ondernemingen dan in kleine ondernemingen. De vacaturegraad blijft echter hoger in kleine ondernemingen (8,83%) dan in grote en middelgrote ondernemingen (4,11%).<\/p>\n

Hoewel er meer vacatures voor vaste banen worden aangeboden (85,08%), is de vacaturegraad aanzienlijk hoger voor interimbanen (20,30%) dan voor vaste banen (4,17%).<\/p>\n

Meer dan driekwart (75,2%) van de vacatures bevindt zich in vijf economische sectoren: de non-profitsector, wetenschappen en administratieve diensten, industrie, handel en de bouwnijverheid.<\/p>\n

De vacaturegraad stijgt vooral in de sectoren exploitatie van en handel in onroerend goed (+2,58 procentpunt), informatie- en communicatietechnologie (+1,87 procentpunt) en bouwnijverheid (+1,33 procentpunt). Overigens blijft dit percentage het hoogst in de sector accommodatie en maaltijden (11,3%) en het laagst in de non-profit sector (2,8%).<\/p>\n
