Nu de pandemie achter de rug is, testen organisaties nieuwe vormen van werken &#8211; van flexibel werken tot hybride vormen of op afstand werken. Managers worstelen om mensen verbonden te houden, te doen presteren en te betrekken. <!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Hoe zorgen we ervoor dat inclusie niet verloren gaat in het proces, of dat subtiele discriminatie niet de kop opsteekt in deze nieuwe manieren van werken? We moeten opnieuw doordenken over inclusie in de post-pandemische wereld.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/jump.eu.com\/resources\/inclusion\/\">De nieuwe JUMP-gids<\/a> is bedoeld om de instrumenten en de aanpak van de nieuwe manieren van werken van de bedrijven te helpen aanpassen.
