











{"id":9211,"date":"2022-06-28T04:53:34","date_gmt":"2022-06-28T03:53:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/peoplesphere.be\/nl\/?p=9211"},"modified":"2022-06-28T04:53:34","modified_gmt":"2022-06-28T03:53:34","slug":"studie-naar-extra-verloningselementen-belgie-2019-en-2020","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/peoplesphere.be\/nl\/studie-naar-extra-verloningselementen-belgie-2019-en-2020\/","title":{"rendered":"Een studie naar extra verloningselementen in Belgi\u00eb in 2019 en 2020."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>De meest toegekende extra loonvoordelen in Belgi\u00eb in de priv\u00e9sector zijn de tweede pensioenpijler (80%) en maaltijdcheques (70%), gevolgd door ecocheques en de werkgeverstussenkomst woon-werkverplaatsingen met eigen wagen, die beiden bij de helft van de werknemers voorkomen. <!--more--><\/p>\n<p>In totaal wordt de waarde van alle voordelen geschat op 10 miljard euro, waarvan de tweede pensioenpijler (ongeveer 4,5 miljard EUR), maaltijdcheques (2,3 miljard EUR), aandelenopties (1,2 miljard EUR) en het priv\u00e9gebruik bedrijfswagen (voordeel in natura geschat op 1 miljard EUR) de grootsten zijn.<\/p>\n<p>Dit zijn inzichten op basis van de laatste studie van de RSZ met cijfers voor 2019 en 2020, gevraagd door de leden van het beheerscomit\u00e9 van de RSZ in 2020, en gegund aan SD Worx, de grootste loonberekenaar in Belgi\u00eb, in samenwerking met de Antwerp Management School en de RSZ.
