Het onderzoek HR Trends 2022-2023 van <a href=\"http:\/\/www.berenschot.be\">Berenschot<\/a> is gebaseerd op een veldonderzoek onder 180 bedrijven in het hele land. Ge\u00efnteresseerd in de bevindingen van de editie van dit jaar? Ontdek de resultaten in het voor u opgenomen webinar.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Het HR Trends onderzoek wordt sinds 2009 door <a href=\"http:\/\/www.berenschot.be\">Berenschot<\/a> uitgevoerd in Nederland en Belgi\u00eb. Dit jaar werd het uitgevoerd met de steun van <a href=\"https:\/\/www.afas.be\/\">AFAS Sotfware<\/a> en Peoplesphere om eind vorige zomer antwoorden van bedrijven te verzamelen. Deze zijn vervolgens door de deskundigen van het Kenniscentrum van de Berenschot Groep geanalyseerd en vergeleken met de academische visie.
