Of hoe HR zich optimaal kan organiseren om aan de uitdagingen van de toekomst te voldoen.<!--more--><\/h1>\n<h3>Coverstory<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Colruyt splitst zijn HR-dienst op in twee afdelingen<\/strong><br \/>\nDe Groep Colruyt groeit en bloeit. 80.000 sollicitaties per jaar en 3.000 aanwervingen, waarvan 1.000 om uitbreidingen te verwezenlijken. Personeelsdirecteur Tony Verlinden had er de afgelopen jaren een hele kluif aan. Het moment dat de groei zou gefnuikt worden doordat de personeelsdienst niet meer kon volgen, kwam angstaanjagend dichtbij. Colruyt koos voor een ongeziene oplossing: een splitsing van de HR-diensten.<\/p>\n<h3>HR Gids<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Preventie &amp; veiligheid<\/strong><br \/>\nAgoria, de federatie van de technologische industrie, heeft voor de tweede keer de titel \u2018Preventieadviseur van het jaar\u2019 uitgereikt. Hiermee beloont het bedrijven die veiligheid voor hun werknemers en aannemers hoog in het vaandel dragen.
