Een werk dat ook nooit af is, zeker niet als je \u00e9\u00e9n hr-standaard en \u00e9\u00e9n waardenstandaard wilt hanteren. Het is dan ook geen wonder dat men bij Levi Strauss (en Dockers) over hr praat met 3 mensen uit een team van 26, gevestigd in Brussel. Misschien is het zelfs geen wonder dat dit team genomineerd werd voor de HR Team of the year-award.<\/p>\n<h3>Portret<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Eva Lauwers (Pfizer)<\/strong><br \/>\nWordt er niet gezegd dat hr zich meer moet verkopen? En is employer branding niet het nieuwste buzz-woord? Als dat klopt is Eva Lauwers misschien wel een hr-profiel voor de toekomst.
