Om die reden neemt de federale overheid een aantal maatregelen.<\/p>\n<p>Als de federale overheid voor een bepaalde functie iemand met ervaring aanwerft, kan diens relevante ervaring wel gevalideerd worden, maar gebeurt dit momenteel in de eerste weddeschaal van de graad of klasse waartoe de functie behoort.
