IBA develops, manufactures and supports medical devices and software solutions for cancer treatment by proton beam therapy, for cancer diagnosis and for patient quality assurance (Dosimetry). In addition, the company partners with healthcare leaders to provide cancer clinics and academic health centers with a fully-integrated approach of the patient flow.
Mission:
• Implement, maintain and apply total reward systems and programs, supporting the attraction and retention of key talents
• Maintain and develop organizational, HR and reward reporting and metrics, and accompany the evolution towards predictive workforce analytics
Responsibilities:
Reward
• Ensure continuity and consistency of internal global job grading
• Develop and maintain country pay structures in line with IBA’s reward strategy
• Set up, document and maintain compensation and benefit programs in new and existing IBA locations, in line with competitive market practice
• Contribute to the evolution and design of new global, regional or local reward programs and policies;
• Lead the annual merit and budget cycles
• Serve as a subject-matter expert on compensation and benefits topics
• Ensure management buy-in and communicate to relevant employee populations
Reporting, Metrics and Analytics
• Maintain and deliver continuous organizational, HR and reward reporting and metrics
• Develop and optimize business-relevant workforce reporting and metrics, identifying and integrating relevant datasets
• Contribute to the development of workforce-related analytics, identifying risks and opportunities
• Communicate insights and recommendations within HR and at different levels within the organization
Profile:
• Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Human Resources, Statistics or related discipline, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years of compensation and benefits experience in a multinational environment;
• Solid understanding of HR systems and processes
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Fluency in French and English
